My son is of age and as parents are continually challenging him for independence. My son presented to your counter (Miranda Store) he and placed an order. He was after a BLT meal. He was sold individual items BLT Burger Chips Drink When her returned he was questioned why was it so expensive close to $20.00? I looked at the invoice and soon figure out what the counter person had done. I went back to the store and then questioned the counter staff and they commented on this is what he ordered? Shame shouldn't you be advising your clients with a meal and not looking to take advantage of innocent vulnerable kids. Its the principle of the refunded amount and you totally deserve the rating. So I decided to go here for lunch, food quality wasn’t an issue, but I think it would have killed the girl behind the counter to crack a smile! I get she didn’t want to be there, but don’t make it so damn obvious that I am such an annoyance to your day!

Also, if you are working in a shopping centre, it’s loud, especially with the music blasting from Oporto, so whispering at me is completely pointless, so don’t get annoyed at me when I say “excuse me?” …. Because I can’t hear your whisper over EVERYTHING ELSE!!!

Came here for a chicken and chips dinner. Left waiting longer than I should have as the staff, for reasons unknown to me, left my online order to one side and so it sat there for quite some time while we stood around waiting for our order! When we got home we noticed the additional sauces we ordered were missing and the chips were no longer as fresh. The order must have been sitting there longer than anticipated! The chicken itself was cooked well. We ordered lemon and herb and it was ok. Not seasoned as well as it probably should be.
