Schnitz Miranda — Restaurant in Sydney

I usually come here all the time to get a salad which I love. I was there yesterday afternoon, and served by a lady ( didn’t catch the name of) she was extremely unhappy, when I was asking to get modifications to my meal she was not happy with me and didn’t provide any level of satisfactory customer service( which I usually do receive from the morning staff) I was very unpleasant with the service as I found it quite rude and felt completely uncomfortable with the looks and attitude I was receiving. When eating my meal the eggs, were not fresh and neither was any of the dairy in the salad ( the feta and the cheddar cheese) the recommendations I had asked for were not complete either. Now being the day after myself and the other customer who consumed this food are extremely sick. It was horrible customer service and on top of that we are now stuck extremely sick and with bad...

Stay away from the Miranda place.

Not sure how they are in business with such poor customer service, burnt and tasteless food.

Ordered 2 items, we were called that 1 is out of stock (although it was available in the app), told them to send 2 of the same item that is in stock.We receive only 1 and no even the one we've asked for.

I thought this is a bad joke, but not very well taken.

When tried to eat what we got, the schnitzel was burned. We asked no mayo in the notes, it had extra mayo everywhere.

The chips were sogged and not even the ones we ordered. Must have been left by some other customer because they were cold and very weird looking.

We ended up in a very sad leaf of salad, full of mayo for $40

Not to mention when asked about it, the guy over the phone was very angry on how do I dare to ask about it...

My Fiancé and I ordered the new Vegan Parmi with chips and salad. Absolutely delicious!! Its a vegetable schnitzel instead of a faux meat however its the best version of a vege pattie we have ever had! It holds its shape and the texture and flavour was wonderful. We expected it to be really little too but it was a really good portion size! The cheese they use melted well and didn't taste nasty like some vegan cheeses. 10/10 effort schnitz! The chips were fantasic, crispy and perfectly seasoned. The salad was fresh however I didn't agree with the $4 price tag on the small portion however the guy refunded it without question! Truely wonderful service! Will be back and will recommend...
