Lost me as a customer, used to come here quite often as it was good food. Came today, got served by a lady who did not want to be there. Got given this as eggs benny, when 0 sauce and the muffins were soggy as. Blamed it on the butter, which I find funny all the other places I’ve gone too, the English muffins are never soggy, it was like they got water and poured it over them. I asked for a replacement with normal toast, the same lady who served us then began arguing with me that if she replaces it it’s going to be the same thing. I asked for normal toast then as she was insisting and fighting me on it that it’s going to be the same. Brings out the same food that I had with English muffins, (asked for normal toast) and it was like I asked for her to re make it out of her own money. Might be better to put someone on the register who knows how to actually use it, and isn’t incredibly rude. Me and my friend ordered coffee and asking for oat milk somehow was enough of a reason for the woman on the register to roll her eyes. Not entirely sure why that was necessary. She also put the order in wrong 3 seperate times, and when we tried to correct her, she once again rolled her eyes and made someone else serve us. Rubbish service Waiter which looked 13 spilled coffee into my daughters shopping bag which had her brand new jumber in it.i said to my wife lucky it didnt spill over the kids y is she even serving coffee to customers if she cant even hold them.was approached by anther worker who said she didnt like what was said and was told im not welcome here i asked if she was a manager she said no so i told her to go away ive paid for my coffee im going to drink it security was called we as a family looked like we commited a crime lucky for us security was awasome and professional.il never go back...
