Let's start with the wrong order. I repeatedly told the man passing my order through drive through that i was missing a kids meal. He told me to look again. I said I'm looking and there is no kids meal. He came back and passed me a box. My son opened it and it wasn't the tenders meal but a wrap and chips. Considering we waiting over 10 minutes foe the food we didn't want to go back so he took a bite only to realise they had given him a wrap filled with chilli, as a small child.

I went back inside and demanded they fix the order. The man then had to speak Hindi to the kitchen staff to try and fix my problem and he served us the dryest chicken pieces, not tenders which i saw when I got back to the car.

Then the two orders in the bag when we got which was 5 minutes away were cold and with NO chilli when we ordered 2 chili wraps. The chicken was dry and disgusting. The fries were stone cold.

I wasted $45 on these meals and will never come back again.

Please do yourself a favour, look at who was handing out the food in the evening of the 17th march at approx 730pm and see whether he can actually read because he had zero clue what he was doing and he stuffed the...

Whilst this is a relatively new restaurant, it is quickly falling apart. There is a table in one of the booths that has been broken for the best part of 2 months. Took my sons into the male bathroom to use the toilet, the toilet seat fell on the floor as it wasn't even attached. Another issue occurs nearly every time we order a kids meal. The menu clearly states that a drink is included in the $8 kids meal deal yet when we go to order, the staff will tell you the drink is extra. I don't know if this issue is caused by poor training or is an intentional attempt to get extra money from people too lazy to read the menu. Either way, this has been going on for months without being remedied. Management or Franchisee really need to pick up their game.

Missing items in the Order.

Kale, Edamame and Rice (sides that come with 1/2 chicken meal) put in the same box with the chicken mixing items together. (other outlets serve these in separate containers). and to top it the pita bread was missing. Upon enquiry got told that is how the sides were offered (all together in the same box).

It's true that we eat all the items in the meal and the customers should have the choice to eat which item with what. It's a bit disgusting when all items are mixed when they get served.

Toilet was unapproachable and was in a disgusting condition. It's true that patrons are responsible in the aspect of using the toilet properly. However the overall maintenance, hygiene and presentation of the toilet needs attention as this is inside the business where...
