Oporto Brighton Le Sands — Restaurant in Sydney

It’s not a bad place. The food isn’t bad. The service isn’t bad. The staff are nice. But both service and food is behind another Oporto I go to (Bexley). The chilli cheese chips is really poor… for $8.75 - a squeeze cheese almost uneatable (in fact wasn’t eaten) onto chips is poor form (see photo). And for service… I could see my food was ready but the customer service person leaves packing the ready food to take new customer orders - took 3 new orders before going back and packing my order (took 15 minutes due to waiting while new orders were taken). If food is ready, pack it first then take new orders. The manager went missing for 10 minutes just after my food was ordered - out the back somewhere. So the one person left was taking orders and covering chip frying etc and packing finished orders, so not her fault… but is the priority to input new orders or pack ready orders? And churros were out of stock, and chocolate mousse was frozen. I’m sure a ‘can do better’ of 3-4 is stars is reasonable and show’s there is opportunity for...

Today I placed an order for a half chicken, along with rice, bread, and salad with mayo. I'm so happy with the food and will definitely order it again and again. The price of everything was also extremely reasonable, so thanks guys and keep up the good work. It was just amazing juicy with that lemon and herb on top of the chicken, as well as the rice being extremely tasty and the salad being so delicious. I highly recommend Oporto - Brighton to anyone in search of a dining establishment that offers not only fresh and delicious cuisine but also impeccable service. The combination of flavorful dishes and friendly staff creates a memorable and enjoyable dining atmosphere that is sure to leave a lasting impression. I look forward to returning to Oporto - brighton in the future to indulge in more of their delicious offerings and bask in the warm hospitality...

This aporto store is absolute not worth looking at every thing is un fresh what a shame having this name and can't satisfy people back in the day 1995 it was very good now its just rubbish for the brids l know all take hot food stores are bad but sometimes you need treat yourself with something worth buying this food store has become one of worst-case store on bay Street Brighton le-sands chips not cooked well or salt out bread bunn not fresh chicken is to thick looks discussting i think you need better management to step up your game we pay money for good food not last nights food. It seems like you can't afford running Oporto's as good genuine food out let...
