Blum Bar Cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

I came to that café because of the great reviews and I'm sorry but I can't agree.

I came here to order some breakfast and get some work done. The breakfast (acai bowl) came quickly and tasted fantastic. The amount was also really good! But then I had to wait for almost 15 minutes for someone to tell me the WIFI password. Yes, it was busy but there was plenty of time during those 15 minutes to quickly write down a password. In the end, some other guy/worker had to come and give me the password.

Only one of the four workers was actually motivated. Another one was also nice but the other two seemed like they couldn't care less. When a regular came in, they suddenly were nice though.

So no thanks, I will visit another café...

For me, my experience in a new place starts with the way I’m welcomed — with a 'Hello', 'Good morning', a smile, kindness. That’s very important, and I believe it is for most normal people too. I can’t deny that the location and atmosphere of this place are great, but I was very poorly attended by a young waitress — impatient and a bit rude — to the point where I even lost my appetite. The food is tasty, but her service really needs a lot of improvement. The barista, even from a distance, was so kind and gave me a warm smile. If you're not happy where you work or don’t enjoy what you do, then maybe it’s time to change jobs. Doing what you love is one of the best things in life. Thank you anyway, and maybe see you...
