This is the worst Oporto store I have tried both in service and taste. I placed order at 5.12pm and slided for cooking as advised for 15 minutes at 5.40pm. After sliding, I noticed that it was ready at 5.27pm. This is totally misleading and deceptive for running business in Australia.
When I went to store at 5.55pm, the staff gave me the chicken and I raised the concerns for not following customer’s request. The male staff claimed that they do not cook whole chicken individually based on customer’s requirement. They cooked 10 chicken together and 15 minutes means minimum waiting time and this is also only for burgers not for whole chicken. I don’t believe this and I said this is against the process given to customers. Otherwise, there is no difference between Oporto chicken and supermarket grilled chicken.
He said that I wasted of my time and his time. Please send complaint if I have concerns for the process.
The chicken was not as hot as fresh made because it was sitting there for nearly half an hour. In addition, it was tasteless and terrible.

Furthermore, when I asked the staff to clean my table, their efforts seemed partial, falling short of expectations. This experience impacted my overall satisfaction with the visit. I had to walk out and take the food away with me due to the hygiene issue.
When raised the issue with the manager, didn’t care much made excuse about business whilst there were just 2 orders on the screen and he had an EarPod on the ear talking over the phone staying at the counter and when told I work on the same industry this is not how you do it. He answered me “Dont try to teach me”. How would someone eat on the table like that? And how can the staff not clean it properly when asked? So I got back to the restaurant to change the chips. But a staff was so aggressive and she tried to argue with me that it wasn't her fault and blamed my son. And I said to the staff that my son definitely asked to order no salt chips but she disagreed the fact. So I said do you think I lie? And then she said to me back, do you think I lie? And then after a second suddenly she turned her back then started to fry the chips.
