If I could give them a zero, I would! Very much not what we expected. We used to be regulars at this spot for a long time. However haven’t been here in a few years so we thought whilst we in the area we would come back and have a nice meal together as a family. The whole menu has changed but I thought maybe it’s still the same. We asked if the cashew nut was spicy at all, and the lady that served us said no not at all. I told her it’s for my child and she nodded. The food came out and it was definitely not what we remembered. It tasted like horrible. Was way below average Thai, whereas it used to be the best Thai. Clearly changed ownership. Also we weren’t treated very nicely at all by the female that took our order and when we left she came outside to clear the table and shook her head like we were some scum off the street! The team always are polite and friendly and quickly learn your name. If you like street food, P'nut does it well. I've got a couple of finicky eaters at home and at the first mention of eating out, P'nut always is the first call. A big thanks to...

Firstly the pnut website for the balmain store has been continually down, and today even when they were open (and you could order via uber eats, menulog etc) i could not make an order on their own pnut website. I rang up over the phone to order food, was told i could order but was put on hold for 5 long minutes without reply and I hung up and chose to order elsewhere. Again, this is one of my favourite places but lately I have been let down...
