It’s real busy during weekday lunch time. My colleague and I had lunch here but couldn’t have a chat properly as it’s very noisy...Food was ok I would have been happy if the portion was bigger also it just green lettuce and chicken I didn’t get impressed for it. The service was great and polite. Maybe I will be back for coffee takeaway.

Had a work lunch here with 8 people all up. Service was really friendly and food came out fast. Tasting plate entree was the highlight and a big serving too. Pasta was good and serving size not too big. All up great lunch.

The service wasn't great with a waiter who didn't know the menu and took a very long time to serve us. After ordering our drinks, we were told 10 min later that they'd run out of vodka and couldn't make one. We're unsure why they took so long to know they had run out of vodka. Perhaps they were drinking it?

We ordered the salami and proscuitto board that is advertised as a share board with meat, pickles, flat bread, percorino cheese and mozzarella and olives. It should be renamed to the 'meat, one small boccincini, 6 olives and no percorino or pickles board. The' flat bread' was actually just crackers bought from Coles.

We asked about the missing cheese and were then presented with an exuse about a new chef and finally, 4 tiny off cuts of percorino. I'm talking 1cm x 4cm pieces.

When I paid, I told them I was a little underwhelmed with the service to which the owner replied - well, it's only $19 and the waiter was new.

I guess when you get used to good food and service, the terrible places really stand out.

Average food and terrible service. Do yourself a favour and buy the same stuff from Coles for cheaper and make it yourself. It will be better. Steer clear and go...

"BE CAREFUL THIS PLACE FEEDS MEAT TO VEGETARIANS!!* We went for lunch yesterday at Panzerotti Bistro. I shared the asparagus linguine with my vegetarian work friend. There is an option on the menu to change linguine to penne so we asked for penne. When the food came out we were given what was told to be a pea and sage tomato penne. We told him that it was wrong and the waitor took the dish and spoke to the chef. He apologised for messing up the order but told us that the dish was vego. We didn't want to make a fuss as we were with other work colleagues for a leaving meal and agreed to eat it anyway as it was vego. It turned out that the pasta had prosciutto in it. I know this because I ate a mouthful. 🤢 I am a training vet nurse and was gutted. 😢 No apology from the head waitor who told us that this was the dish we ordered. He came out literally three minutes later with the original asparagus penne order. Food whipped up in three minutes is never great. We paid for the 'Pea and Prosciutto Penne' stated on the bill. Definitely won't be back again, this place sucks. Oh and if you need the toilet you're out of luck as they...

The first person I spoke to was too busy to be polite (??) when I was trying to find out where to order takeaway. My takeaway experience was very poor. I asked what was in the smoothie, which the gentleman replied "banana, berry. You can add protein." I assumed that meant they'd be using water so I ordered and then saw them pour whole milk in, but they were speaking to customers so I didn't want to interrupt. I tried to explain I couldn't have dairy, which he said "you should have said something before." My responsibility as the customer is to communicate clearly and I should have asked if milk would be used, my bad. However, working in hospitality/service should know how to handle a situation like this with tact. There was one nice girl who offered to rectify it by allowing me to pay for another. Definitely...
