The drivethru ordering went smoothly. However, the overall experience took a nosedive when I was made to wait for 40 minutes at their yellow waiting bay. A staff member came out, but unfortunately, she didn't have my food. Instead, she told me to move and park in the carpark. I asked about my order, and she said she would check and get back to me. After three minutes passed without any further communication, I had no choice but to park in their carpark and go inside to inquire about my order's status. It was only then that I discovered they hadn't even started preparing it until I asked.
The workers really need to improve their service skills since they still managed to get my order wrong even after supposedly spending 40+ minutes "preparing" it. Making matters worse, neither the drivethru nor the front cashier appeared to be busy at all.
The food was quite nice, especially the honey fried chicken, which was good. However, the original chicken was too salty for my liking. I would rate the food three stars.
Unfortunately, the service only deserves one star. Additionally, the atmosphere also receives one star since no apology was given for the significantly delayed food.

Manager named Ashley blonde, lashes and thick eyebrows, extremely rude when taking an order from my father, he wanted to add on a drink on the side however the manager cut off the intercom and did not hear my father add on the extra drink. When my father drove down to the window he asked the cashier for the extra drink, however, cashier rude said he didn't add a drink and called the manager down to the window who took the order. Ashley, the manager then fought back saying he didn't add a drink instead of explaining she didn’t hear. My dad then explained the scenario to her at the intercom and she had said “she is not going to serve him for being rude”.
