On my first visit here, I could see that the Caucasian male staff with the spectacles was pretty rude towards customers and so were other staff. I get that that visit occured during the peak period but there's no need for that attitude. The pasta was not bad.
I gave the staff a second chance a few months later. Safe to say, the attitude of this business shows that they're not adequate and not right to run in the service industry.
The Caucasian male staff who I assume runs the place mostly took my order which was the pasta, put in the microwave and left it there as he attended to another customer, and the Asian lady staff didn't ask why I was waiting only until she served 2 customers ahead and fulfilled their orders ahead.
They don't want to talk to students and it shows on how I observed them interacting with other students. Just close down this restaurant if you hate students.

Read morerude staff/owner. been coming here regularly for months, despite the fact they fudge my order more often than not, they have the cheapest deals in the uni and usually they are quite accommodating and polite enough to fix there mistake. This last incident was the last straw. Ordered an Oat Cap like i do everyday of my life. even repeated the order and my colleague heard me. When I was served a soy cap I told the owner he made a mistake, he accused me of lieing and said “you got what you ordered” To a regular customer??? I was telling all the other contractors to come here becaus ethe prices are the best. Not anymore, infact i explicitly tell people not to go here. Serves you right for not caring for regulars. I ran a successful restaurant for years lemme tell you with service like this you will go broke. Customer is...

Some of their foods are a bit dry – their pastas in particular, but some of it is really quite nice – they have a grilled chicken sandwich with avo which is yum! They have decent coffee as well – probably second on campus to Ralph’s. During lunch they do have a great deal of pizza with a glass of wine or a beer for $10, a nice way to relax between classes. They also keep the place pretty clean, and there is a lot of outdoor seating to accommodate people on a nice day. Staff is generally a bit rude – especially if you take too long to order or you don’t immediate receive your take-away food when they call...
