Parrino's Pizza Miranda — Restaurant in Sydney

These guys not only have great pizzas, they have great customer service to boot. Long story short, their delivery driver accidentally delivered the pizzas to our next door neighbours (easy mistake to make with contactless delivery and barely visible numbers in the dark). So before realising what had happened, i called the restaurant who said they would call me back when they find out whats going on. 5 mins later I get a call back from who I assume was a manager and/or owner who was very apologetic and as confused as i was. The delivery driver had said it was delivered yet we didnt have the pizza. Anyway i went out the front one more time and i had a quick look at our neighbours front door and sure enough there were our pizzas. I told the guy on the phone i had found the pizzas and it was all good we will just heat them up. He refused to let us have cold(ish) pizzas and sent out 2x family pizzas immediately (we only ordered a medium and a large) and also threw in a chocolate brownie.

We did not expect this from him yet he insisted anyway. And of course the pizzas were beautiful! And so was the brownie.

I would rate this among the best pizza shops in the shire (and there are plenty of them), and that was my opinion before they gave us this amazing customer service.

Cant wait for our next...

Update: The chicken deluxe is amazing! Gourmet pizzas are next level!! The parrinos supreme is easily the best supreme I have ever eaten. Keep in mind that they put anchovies on it, so if you don't dig on them, tell them to leave them off. The gourmet pizzas are a must here, too. I walked past this place the other day, and the aromas that were coming from it made my mouth water so much, i almost drooled, so I ordered a family size devinci with garlic bread. Next time I'll order large because the family size was huge! And it was 1 of the best pizzas I have ever had. The base is delicious with a generous topping. My wife even had a few slices, and she never eats pizza, so that's a testimony to how good this pizza is. Highly recommended! Had my second serving, and it was even better! Best pizza...

My son and I were walking past after a drs appointment. My son yells out “ I want pizza and I want pizza”, it was about to be a big tantrum from him if I didn’t get him pizza and the owner of the pizza shop greeted Rocksroy ( my 3 year old) with a fist pump and some free pizza. He also gave him a cool little toy and completely put me at ease with what was a really traumatic night before. Little did they know I nearly lost Rocky the night before as he hit his head really bad and had concussion.

The kindness and compassion shown is truly appreciated by me and it goes to show there are still people out there that care and this little business is one of those.

The pizza itself was beautiful and Rocky couldn’t get enough of it. Thank you so much, you have no idea what this means to me...
