Bought a cake during the morning day of xmas eve asked the staff if i can come back and pick it up before their closing time the staff then agreed. Came to the shop to pick up the cake before 5pm all lights were already shut down and no one was there. I came boxing day to ask nicely for my refund as I didnt get my cake at all. The manager accused me of lying as they were still at the shop during that time I dropped by that afternoon. Also accused me that 'I got the cake already' coz they dont have it'. He even said 'i was about to give you the cake if you weren't lying'
I told to his face and pointed at the cctv to check the cctv footage to see whos lying between us that they were already closed even before 5pm. I told him to call his staff who served me in that time. He said "i wont call her shes day off today" with that rudeness attitude towards me.
What a rude customer service experience the whole time from this shop manager. He didnt even apologise to me at first for not having my cake but instead he has the guts to tell me I am a liar. I even got the security of warringah to get involved in this to help me with the cctv footage, the guy himself tried to talk to the manager. He said ''i tried to talk to him he didnt even wanna face me and so rude". The security guy he couldn't help me as well as he said it was a private business and i can only access the cctv if I get a police report.
What a shame for Patissons Patisserie for hiring a manager like him who doesnt know what a good customer service is this is very traumatic experience especially with people around us while having the conversation of him saying im lying.
(Imagine wasting my time, energy for the sake of $49 cake). This shop is really something, service is absolutely wrong in so many ways. Dont buy here. Staffs dont know the protocols in terms of taking customers orders for cake.
It was a 2 day argument with the rude manager that didnt stop til the last minute refunding my money even brought up (what's my race and religion and I should confess about my lying). Absolutely ridiculous person I have ever encounter in my entire life. This is not about the cake anymore. Imagine the depth of foul language he used all throughout the conversation.
I am posting this to let all consumers be aware that there is a management in that shop who exists and can treat customers as badly worst as...
Read moreMy delight at seeing the spanking new Pattisons at the Mall was quickly squashed when the appalling so called Boss (Bruce) was rude in the extreme. The tasteless, expensive and too cold pecan tart I ordered was dreadful and when I attempted to ask him if I could change it for something else was told this: Me.. have you tried this tart...... him yes its delicious (he was clearly lying) me, no its not delicious its awful, him no...... me.......in my business the customer is always right it's called service, him what do you know about service, me....... a lot more than you, because along with everybody else who comes to this establishment and buys, they are paying your salary, him..... oh so you're my boss now, me..... in effect yes, no customers coming in, no money, no money, no business. Thestaff amazingly were delightful. I'd lay money on it they won;t stay! His parting comment was...... have a nice life. What an obnoxious bad mannered rude no idea how to run a new business or any business for that...
Read moreOld food. Everything on display looks like 1 month old..The pastries are dry, whiteish sort of around. The ham on the ham and cheese croissant, look like dry meat, and that only happens when you leave it in there for at least 3 or 3 days...Look, I understand what i am saying, I am also a business owner of the same field. It's so nice to see your apologies all over the reviews in here, saying that you are proud of what you're serving. Proud of it??? Wth... So rude people...The old man behind the counter is a nonsense...no customer service at all... Am i going back??? For sure, not...lots of potential, I wish I could have the opportunity to have a place like that. Such a...
