Just had lunch here with my wife for the last time. Ordered corn fritters and fish and chips. Took ages, eventually saw waitress do a lap with our food. Tried to flag her down but she was oblivious, took food back to kitchen and picked up a different meal. She saw us on the next lap. Took her time going back for ours. Then she managed to take fritters to a different table, then a different waitress retrieved them and brought them to us. They looked like they'd been made yesterday. Probably should have sent them back. After my wife finished eating I went up to ask for a refund on the fish. That took forever and while I was in line the fish finally made its way to the table so I gave up on the refund. Wish I hadn't though - the dry, shrivelled up fish and oily batter made me feel sick. Never again...

We have been to Jamaica Blue in Warringah Mall in the past and were always impressed by the food offering and service. This time was VERY different. It is clearly under new management who appear not to know how to run it effectively. 20 minute wait for two coffees (it was not particularly busy) which arrived minus the cake - we were told that this would be served by someone else. Another 15 minute wait until we asked if the waiter could go and get a cake from the cabinet as we wanted to have the cake with our coffee - another 5 minute wait until it arrived.
