EXQUISITENESS extracted from Vietnamese traditional cuisine!
Travelled 50km to Penrith the other day just to have a tasty bowl of Pho and I found it definitely worth the drive.
I didn't have to wait long to be served by the two lovely ladies. But most importantly, the pleasant flavour and fragrance of the broth, fresh natural herbs, soft noodles, and juicy meat, all come together in a wonderful mixture unmatched by most of the popular restaurants here in Sydney.
Many other perks can be discovered: average serving size (some may find enough so no leftover, but me wanting more!), convenient to take away, endless variety of other VN traditional dish as well as the chef-mades, central location in Penrith while ample free parking within a stone's throw (yes, on Allen Pl, a stone's throw).

Read moreJust finished having the spicy beef soup and the crispy chicken rice and all I can say it's YUM! The owners, a husband and wife team, are so welcoming and friendly. They really put effort into the meal and add the small touches, like asking about how much spice we're comfortable with. This is the best Vietnamese beef soup I've had in ages. The broth was rich and full of flavour. The Chicken in the crispy chicken is actually crispy and the sauces they gave us on the side just brought all the flavours together. Read moreI liked the food here! The flavour of my pho soup was rich and authentic. Rice paper rolls were delicious. There is, however, room for improvement in my point of view. 1. The working hours are short and confusing. I tried the place before a couple of times, and it was shut. 2. Atmosphere/tables are more like in canteen then a cafe. Would help if the tables were cleaned more frequently. 3. Pho only comes in one size. In most other places, big pho to share is available. I would recommend including this option...
