Nepean Pizza And Kebabs — Restaurant in Sydney

Absolutely shocking customer service from the younger blokes in store. Ordered dinner at 6pm and didn't arrive for another hour and 45 minutes. Order come completely incorrect (we ordered exact same order plus single ribs last week with zero issue) beef kebab ordered - arrived a chicken kebab, garlic pide add chicken, arrives with no garlic and pesto (never have had pesto on bottom of a garlic pide before from anywhere), small meatlovers pizza with onion - arrives meatlovers pizza with tomato base and next to 4 pieces of onion on whole pizza, not to mention chips that literally look like they have been chewed up and spat into the deep fryer before being cooked. After treating ourselves after a long week we decided to use more then 50% of what we had left in our bank account to buy this food and as an autistic couple we are very particular with what we eat.. we've never had issues with this order in the past with the older fellas making this order. Upon ringing to ask for them to remake or refund we were told they would have to come and inspect the food to make sure it was incorrect before being able to do so. After back and forth arguments and the new law that goes against customers being in any way agressive it was best for us to hang up. After this experience I won't ever shop or dine here again and I feel terribly sorry for the older fellas in this place cause these younger blokes are going to run alot of people away with their attitudes...

Where do I start food left me vomiting when I got it it was very dry and the meat had the strangest smell so I took it back to the counter and told the lady who was the rudest person ever firstly she was on her mobile talking very loudly to someone and I was ignored till the end of the call about 5 minutes then when I mentioned the food was right I was told it was fine and I didn't know what it was supposed to taste like now I'm with friend's and really didn't want the sean so I went back and ate it at the dirty tables outside the shop which were old plastic chairs with tables that needed to be at least wiped I took several more bites and left it as it was disgusting everyone else also had complaints about this and that we all vowed never to return so as I was about to get into my car to drive home it hit me dizzy, cold sweat, and right there in the carpark I was sick yep food poisioning please I urge everyone who visits this place don't...

Ordered a pizza tonight been reasonable to now the female I ordered from had a very poor grasp of English had to repeat myself three times asked for a thin pizza got it home it’s thick rang to make complaint got the same female who took order I said I wanted to make complaint ? She wanted to take my order I asked for someone that spoke better English? Some other female got on and I told her what had happened sh3 She said she would speak to manager then comes back on phone and said I didn’t order that?
