It was a pretty easy order 2 coffees one muffin (heated ) and a banana bread So the muffin comes out not heated and sent back politely asking for it to be warmed The lovely older lady on staff brought it back with apologies Then one coffee comes out Followed 5 minutes later by the banana bread After another 10 minutes of waiting, we went inside to follow up where the second coffee was Five minutes later it arrives after the muffin and the banana bread were finished and the first coffee half gone at which time I asked if the coffee was a decaf as requested and was advised or it should be so I sent it back asking for it to be confirmed that it was a decaf and brought back in a takeaway cup because my partner had all but finished His coffee The next person delivering the coffee plotted on the table in front of me and walked away without a word. The Service here is shocking apart from the older lady that works here. I’m not drinking the coffee because I don’t trust the stuff given the attitude that I was given when she plunked the Coffee on the table in front of me This is the first and last time I’m coming here and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone ever I’m very happy to give great reviews when Service is good and the food is good. I've ordered take away from this place a couple of times, mostly coffee's and banana breads. I would like to start off by saying that the guy who makes the coffee's makes a really nice coffee, he does a good job and he always offers me a cup tray when I need it to carry multiple coffee's at a time which is really nice of him. The toasted banana bread with butter is also really delicious.

However, there is room for improvement from a service perspective, the young blonde girl who is on the register requires to be a little bit more patience when customers are placing an order.

I was ordering 2 take away coffee's one time for myself and one for my friend and I had only just finished telling the girl about the first coffee order and she had already went to enter the price into the EFTPOS machine and charge me when I wasn't even finished placing my order yet. I had to say to the girl sorry but I wasn't finished yet.

Please ensure to ask customers if they would like anything else before you rush them into paying as they might not be finished ordering and may like to order more things.

Overall , a good café however , there is room for improvement from a customer service perspective. Just some constructive feedback for the owners to hopefully take...

Extremely disappointed with service. Went in today to order a takeaway coffee. My partner who has a broken foot sat down outside while I went in. After getting my coffee I sat down outside with my partner who needed a break from walking for a couple of minutes. Immediately after I sat down with my coffee a worker came outside and told us we need to leave because we had food in bags from a bakery around the corner. We were told that we can’t eat other food here and that we need to leave (which I know is standard at food places) but the worker should not just assume that we were going to eat food from another place at her cafe when most people know not to do that?? Disappointed that I chose to buy from this business then immediately get told to leave.
