I am a regular customer in this shop and I love their coffee and of course the coconut and oat cookie. On 02-Mar-2023 I bought a coconut and oat cookie which it was off and smell and taste so bad it was obvious that it is not fresh. after one bite I went back to the shop and told a lady there that the cookie is not fresh and even the color of that is different to the other cookies in the jar which were under the one that she gave me. ( I was there the day before and it was just 3 cookies there and I assumed they put the fresh ones beneath the previous ones to sell them in order) and I asked her to replace the cookie for me since I cannot eat it and taste awful and smell disgusting. She talked to me in a rude manner and did not replaced it for me. So I had to throw it way and it was a really disappointing customer service and I really did not expect them. Read moreFood - Ordered a breakfast wrap and food was good. Would be nice if it looked like a wrap rather than a quesadilla. Service - The staff members however weren’t smiling or even very interested. It looked like they didn’t want to be there. Not sure what is up. I also noticed one staff member came from behind the counter, walked up to a guy who had ordered and paid for a takeaway burger and chips and said “I charged you $1 less” while pushing the payment screen to him. Not professional and certainly not something I would do. He was shocked and so were the other customers including myself. Would have been best that the business absorb this $1 loss because it was due to their fault. Atmosphere- very small, right next to the gym. More of a takeaway place.

The place is as neglected as a litter runt, as the pictures show. Tired Bob and Pete pastries of the 80s beneath a cloche that hasn't been clear since then. Shelves quarter filled with boxes of supermarket chocolate bars that, and I never thought I'd say this, look better at woollies. My chook roll was no better. Chicken was so overcooked it was dusty, cloaked in bread that time forgot. More Melba toast than appropriate for the task at hand. It really was poor. Lovely caring team, though. But they're paddling a barbed...
