They constantly increase the prices throughout the year, so unless you pay everything upfront (which naturally is not an option for most) rest assured you WILL NOT pay the initial price they offered you.

Despite this, you will not have access to all amenities in the building, for example despite there being a functional lift you will not have access to it as a student. Instead you'll have to take 4 to 7 flight of stairs to get to your class on one of the 2 levels. In my latest trimester here, the only bathroom in level 2 was out of service the whole time meaning everyone had to go to the one in level 1, this meant longer wait times and at times no toilet paper.

The education was not the quality anyone with standards would expect, you're essentially paying to watch countless YouTube videos of surface level knowledge, made by people outside the institution that you can access for free. The slides used in class are poor quality, outdated and filled with typos. They're useless as study material as they make no sense on their own, and even in class with the teachers' explanation, what you learn is still very surface level (I'm doing a master's so yes, I expect to gain in-depth knowledge). You're also gonna find yourself learning the same basic concepts over and over in different classes.

The reason I decided to enrol here is because of the internship program they have, which I couldn't do anyway cuz they conveniently don't bother drawing that much attention to the fact that the time you work the UNPAID internship, counts as worked time under your visa. My latest disappointment with this institution and trigger to warn people that are actually looking to learn to avoid this place is because I was doing a double specialisation and I had to cancel one of them because they didn't notify with enough time that one of my classes was only available once a year and won't be available during my last trimester after I already did all the hard work. Absolutely neglectful. The alternative provided is not viable for me.

I want to clarify my issue is with the institution and not the people that work there. I met some great people and I'm my experience the staff was very nice, and with a couple exceptions very competent and helpful. If you want uncertainty about your application and loose time under false pretext Kaplan Business School is excellent choice.

They will keep you in the dark till the last moment giving you false hopes.

My Kaplan's ID#1836313, I received a confirmation email with the Offer of Admission from them, but after i accepted the offer and filled it, they commented on my IELTS score in writing which was 5.5 which should not be less than 6.

After resubmission of better scores (Overal 7) they sent me a mail stating that the decision of my "APPLICATION IS NOT SUCCESSFUL" without mentioning any reason for the same and all that happened before reaching the stage of filling GTE form.

They haven't replied to my agent upon asking why my application didn't go through, instead they remain unbothered that their unfair and unprofessional behaviour has caused me to waste my time/ energy and hopes.

PS - THEY ALWAYS CLAIM IN THEIR RESPONSE THAT THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO FIND DETAILS OF THE PERSON POSTING REVIEWS (something really unbelievable), and please check your emails inboxes and you will find my emails seeking a reason for the decision taken by you. Some suggestion Get a better customer service. If you wanna suggest something, do it fully. Tell them to explain stuff instead of just reapeating stuff. AND BE THERE, i dont want to wait for hours when its work time.

Please stop giving almost all noncore subject choice if you have a limit on noncore subject to be count on the progress.

Do NOT constantly change informartion. It could be as simple as wifi pass or contact number, password reset, etc.

Please realise Kaplan isnt the only thing students are dealing with, stop being so dismissive (related to customer service)

Some of the lecturers have such a poor performance, i know you have the survey but honestly i dont think its working
