Came in around lunchtime with my partner. It was relatively quiet. The display cases were more than half empty. Ordered iced chocolates. Was interrupted by the man behind me and the barista loudly talking, and had to clarify my order to the cashier (2, not just 1) The iced chocolates were entirely underwhelming.
