We ordered 3 pizzas, 1 cheese, 1 hot & spicy chicken, 1 spicy paneer pizza. Our first issue with the order was that it wasnโt correct, we got 2 paneer, understandably this mistake can happen and so we tried to call to have it fixed but no answer (trying multiple times), second problem was that the paneer pizza had liquid substance (which i assume to be water) and we werenโt comfortable eating that. After trying to call we decided to drive there with the pizzas and speak to someone to get it changed, the owner decided to come forward and say iโm the owner which for some reason he thought that would make a difference. We explained that the pizza was watery and he went on to say that itโs meant to be like that which from previous experience is not meant to be like that, and we also pointed out the fact that we didnโt get the chicken pizza but the owner decided that us not getting the chicken pizza was the reason weโre there. The problems we see with that is that first he got the order wrong and second he didnโt realise the first.
I believe the owner is a self indulged individual who thinks heโs on top of all his customers because โheโs the ownerโ. Iโm gonna wait the owners response and he can speak to me privately as well if he wants to but his service as the owner was horrendous. The service was shockingly poor, and I was left wondering how the staff maintain their positions with such unprofessional behavior. When I walked in, it was as if I didnโt existโthey failed to greet or acknowledge me, let alone offer assistance.
I understand that staff may sometimes be occupied with other tasks, but it doesn't mean basic customer service will not be exercised. As a customer, a simple greeting or reassurance that I would be attended to shortly would have made a big difference in my experience.
The storeโs ambience was equally underwhelming: uninviting and unfriendly. This only made the lack of attentiveness from the staff more frustrating. Itโs surprising that such a business allows this level of service to go unchecked.
I suggest the store prioritize customer service training for its employees, including basic courtesy, attentiveness, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. It would also help if management regularly monitored staff performance to ensure these standards are being met. I hope these issues are addressed soon, as they significantly detract from customers experience.
