Pizza Tutti's — Restaurant in Sydney

Her vegan pizzas are superb especially the veggie roast & as a local I was delighted to find their vegan options . I’d since recommended them to dozens of people and I was looking f’ward to buying their veggie roast pizza at least on a weekly basis . I ordered the usual take away Veggie roast and was given something called a veggie mex ?? When I explained I’d received the wrong pizza , the lady owner ripped into me for my apparently not hearing her recite the order back to me. When I explained to her I didn’t hear her quote a different pizza to what I requested, she told me she would replace it with a veggie roast but that I must never come back again! … This is so OTT . Be wary - this lady owner at the counter is friendly when it suits her but equally very short fused & rude . I’d never in my life been spoken to by a cafe or restaurant owner in that manner. No need for it! She could have handled it differently but chose the path to blame the customer. The crazy thing is we both loose . She’s lost our weekly custom thru banning me and I just ate my very last Veggie roast pizza. That pizza gets way more than 5 stars! But I can only give her service a 1. Her 2 young girls at the counter are delightful though . The lady owner would run a better business if she kept away...

Ordered pizza on Uber Eats. Pizza arrived cold and was delivered 1hr after it was made (per receipt in box). The reason for the bad review is that we ordered pizzas that were $28 thinking it was a $3 mark up on the $25 (large) on their website yet what was delivered were small pizzas meaning we paid a mark up of $9 per pizza. Highway robbery, and it was cold. Our Prosciutto pizza also has no Brie which was one of the main reasons we ordered it…

Whilst Uber Eats is to blame for the long delivery of cold pizza, Pizza Tutti is to blame for allowing small pizzas to be sold for $28. Never again…

Edit in response to owner; your website only shows 2 sized pizza, small and large. If these were in fact large then they are very much on the small size. I noticed you made no comment on the missing Brie off the Prosciutto pizza. There has been no comment on the cold delivery. The pizza was made at 6:23pm and not delivered until 7:30pm. Whilst appreciate this is in part due to Uber and their delay the restaurant must also take some responsibility who they choose to use for the delivery of...

If you are thinking of venturing to this establishment, please accumulate a differentiated perspective. I was very much enjoying my evening with my partner, when suddenly my hearing aids burst with an infuriating voice amongst the kitchen. I peered over to see what all this fuss was all about, catching my eyes was a very odd looking small lady, talking in a crude manner towards her adolescent staff. This behaviour was absolutely unacceptable in a business setting, it is unethical and morally disturbing to observe. I was enjoying my meal (the greek salad lacked flavour, the worst i've had in Sydney) when she decided to come up to my wife and I, and converse with us. I found this highly disrespectful as I came to this restaurant to have a lovely dinner with my wife but this women was pestering me. I asked the young staff for her name and she goes by Jackie.
