Still one of my favourite neighbourhood cafes

The owners used to run a cafe across the road before deciding to purchase the local newsagency. It took them a while to get through the refurbishments but now they are up and running with a slightly updated atmosphere and good coffee and food. Not too noisy so I still like to meet...

Stopped in midday for quick bite to eat. We didn’t know the kitchen was closed around 2pm so just had a toastie and sandwich. It was ok, and the lady is very friendly. We did get smoothies and I highly don’t recommend.

Can buy lottery tickets here too if you want.
