Among a string of amazing coffee shops around Sydney, we see yet another open. I'm sure it must be hard to keep the business coming. But we don't see why that would be a problem here, for the coffee is outstanding.

This neighbourhood coffee shop in Potts Point is packed with customers. The staff deal super well with the demand. Wooden paneled walls, concrete floors with benches and small coffee tables, this place is all about the coffee.

Offering high quality single origin coffee which you can get espresso, filter or milk based. On our visit we had an Ethiopian batch brew and an amazing latte – so smooth.

They sell ceramic products from Hasami, sstoke and huskee cups too, which would be a great gift. Food is minimal, but they have some incredible croissants from Pennyfours and doughnuts from shortshop.

I can see why so many reviews say this is their go-to coffee spot—fitting, since it’s called Primary Coffee! The steady stream of people never stops, with most grabbing takeaway while others, like us, opt to dine in with their simple pastries and watch the crowd roll in.

The pastries were simple yet delicious. I tried the fruit Danish, and wow, the orange was perfectly citrusy with a touch of bitterness (probably from being lightly torched, I assume).

I also noticed that most of the staff were Korean, and their t-shirts had Korean text on them. I’m not sure if the cafĂ© is Korean-owned, but I absolutely loved the vibe. Watching the staff engage with both locals and tourists was a real treat. The space itself is minimalistic, which only adds...

They have some wooden benches outside on the sidewalk for customers who want to sit back and enjoy their delicious coffee in a takeaway cup. Not too sure if they still have dining in option available due to covid. Their coffee tastes a bit fruity (not sure if I use the right word to describe?) which I quite like. The milk frothing was a tad hot which I found a little bit uncomfortable at the first few sips. However their coffee will return to the perfect temperature after a few minutes or so. Both iced latte and flat white were strong and tasty thus explain the moderate amount of customers coming to the store at the time of my visit. Will come back to buy their beans for my home espresso. Quick service despite lots of orders is...

Very nice soy latte (velvety soy milk) and iced long black was good too. Relaxing sitting outside on a sunny day
