I am here every single week, I order a large iced long black every single time. I ordered the same thing today, clarified the order as well as I thought they were new workers as I have never seen them before. She made a smaller size and was complaining about a 0.40 cents difference in price which I would’ve been happy to pay and did offer to. I had one big issue with the entire interaction and it was the fact that you were speaking in your first language, looking directly at me and laughing. I know people have pressing issues out of work, but have some professionalism in the workplace. I could care less if this is a family business, have some dignity in your work and how people are perceiving the interaction. You have the entire shift to talk amongst yourselves, use that time instead of airing your dirty laundry in front of a customer and it being taken in an ill manner. The male co-owner was there, he did not handle the interaction very well and was not listening, instead trying to defend the two female workers from taking on feedback. There’s a cafe right next to you guys, do better. You’ve lost a loyal customer today. Just to emphasise the amount I spend, each coffee is $5-$6, at least three to four times a week, tallying up to close to $1000. Nicely set out cafe, just near the other side of Penrith Station. We have been in search of a good quality Canolli. We ordered and sat down having a chat. One of the staff came over and wiped down the table. Slightly over priced when comparing with other similar cake/ cafes.$$

Can't say she was friendly. Didn't engage in any form of conversation 😕. This seemed consistent with most of the staff. So 7/10 for staff. Our food arrived. Our coffee was excellent, full strength and hot. I had a chocolate forest cake slice, didn't hit the high excitement level on the first bite. Tasted slightly dry and stale. The balance of flavours was not there. The vanilla Canolli was a fail, will stick with our search. Pasticceria Papa holds the TOP spot for any cakes. Especially the Canolli. The mud cake slice was reasonable, again dry stale cake with the balance and depth of flavours were out. Had better. The strawberry on top was coated in a super sweet gel. The strawberry tart was below average sadly. The base was a little soggy the strawberries with the super sweet coating made it a very super sweet tart. They all need some tweaks to create perfection.

Overall the store is tidy and clean. Coffee is excellent 👍...
