I recently visited Three Teaspoons Penrith and had an incredible experience, largely thanks to an outstanding employee named Georgia. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming smile that instantly made me feel at home. Georgia’s positive energy and genuine enthusiasm for the cafe were evident in every interaction.

The atmosphere of the cafe was cozy and inviting, with a perfect balance of relaxed vibe and upbeat ambiance. Georgia took the time to explain the menu, offer thoughtful suggestions, and even remembered my preferences from a previous visit—something that really stood out to me. It’s clear that she truly cares about providing excellent service and creating a memorable experience for customers.

The coffee was exceptional, expertly brewed, and perfectly paired with the delicious pastries that Georgia recommended. Inconspicuously located on the ground floor of an office block (I probably wouldn't have noticed it if I hadn't been specifically looking for it), this venue features outdoor seating as well as seating in an interior that is somewhat more lavish than one would expect from a simple coffee shop. A menu is on display near the entrance to facilitate perusal before entering.

I was warmly welcomed by a staff member the moment I approached the counter. I ordered Knafeh Toast, a small flat-white coffee, and a protein ball. Having paid, I found a table and waited for my meal. The dining area is neat and clean, and the chairs are comfortable. The items were placed on the table after a very short wait. The coffee was on point, well prepared, with an agreeable flavour. The Knafeh Toast was extremely delicious, plenty of flavour, and with cheese that was soft and slightly melted without dripping all over the place. It was also provided with a small glass of rose syrup to pour over it. The protein ball was a nice little dessert to end the meal with....

Highly recommend this cafe! The menu choice was outstanding for both food and drinks. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and a freshly squeezed juice. Both were exceptional. The “regular” size juice was quite big and I couldn’t drink it all, Stacey was on a break and saw me heading up to the counter to pay. She got up and offered to put the rest of the juice in a take away cup for me. It may sound like a small gesture but you don’t often get people doing this, these days so I was very grateful and impressed.
