I would really like to try their food, but twice I lined up twice I wasn't served. First time was a early Sunday so not busy at all, There was a guy out the front, as I was deciding what I wanted, I walked up to place my order He walked out the back, I stood there waiting for almost 2 minutes, before a girl went to walk out, took one look at me turned around and walked back to the back, No "Sorry I will be with you in a minute" Nothing I waited for about I minute more before walking off. Second time was a few months later Went to get some lunch and 2 young girls were out the front talking in their language one with a phone beside her pushing buttons. I already knew what I wanted to went to the counter Besides some weird eye contact I was completely ignored. The cleaner who works there must of been on her lunch break, because she walk to the side they all had a massive talk and laugh, they got her, her lunch meanwhile I'm still waiting to get served. Like how Rude! This place has to be one of the most Rudest customer service experiences I have ever had. This has not only happened to me It's happened to my daughter twice, Her Friend and also My partner. Read more' Seeing as how the provider of my Life Sustenance's Food Outlet is situated within a Foodcourt. It is more than befitting that the Business Name includes the designation: Cuisine . Because, quite simply' ; " The meal was perfection on a plate ! " Delicious and unlike anything I have tried before. ( I specifically chose the particular meal i chose, having never had that particular type of Food before. ) Pleasantly and simply presented, the service is great , and most especially so, because - Had it been the busy time of day the attendee's standard would have held up to the facilitatable capacity- demand that the provided dining space can assume. The 'atmosphere' of the interior Foodcourt and dining areas is always quaint and rustically-modern. From its's modern ergonomic structure, 'to the opportune' installation placement, just before the exterior forecourt that leads onto - not just another courtyard and greenspace, but also the local Theatre.

Read moreI recently visited Chotiwala Penrith and had such a lovely experience there. I tried the Tandoori Chicken, Chilli Chicken, Butter Chicken, and their delicious Garlic and Cheese Naan.
The butter chicken was rich and comforting, and the naan was soft, cheesy, and paired perfectly with the curries — truly the ultimate combo.
Chotiwala radiates warmth. The staff are friendly, the service is prompt, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and homely.
A heartfelt shout-out to my dad, Mr. Kazi Mamun, the Executive Director and Head Chef of Chotiwala Penrith — whose passion, dedication, and hospitality shine through in every detail. His commitment to sharing good food and creating a warm experience is something I deeply admire.
If you’re ever in Penrith, I wholeheartedly recommend stopping by Chotiwala — for the flavour, the heart, and the love that goes...
