i love yochi more than the next person but this venue was not it. the staff were incredibly unsupportive and super discouraging. specifically, the one girl working tonight that wasn’t wearing an apron but just in all black had some attitude! i accidentally dropped a piece of cookie in the pistachio sauce — which i was super apologetic and embarrassed over — and that girl ROLLED HER EYES AT ME!! like sorry?? i get it you might have had a bad shift but girl i work in customer service too you don’t need to be doing all that! i found that to be extremely unprofessional. mistakes happen. instead of being condescending and just plain rude, it would not have taken 2 seconds to just be like “it’s okay” after i profusely apologised. to have someone roll their eyes in my face after i was already super empathetic to the worker was just a slap in the face im sorry. fix ur attitude because it is not a cute look. thank u...

hot damn!! 😍 i came in here last sunday for the first time ever to try this yochi that everyone has been raving about, and i was not disappointed!! the atmosphere is incredible and the customer service is out of this world. as soon as i walked in, i was greeted by a lovely young girl, asking how i am and if i wanted any samples. of course, i wanted to try all of them 😂😂 me and my sweet tooth !! she was kind enough to let me try each flavour, and i eventully started to construct my very own yochi. she also helped me with my dietery requiremnets, as my old guts have digestive issues due to old age.. nevertheless, it was delectable !@@!\ very clean venue as well, most stores cant keep up with that i must say. overall 10/10 perfect service and food!!1 looking foward to coming here...
