San Churro Penrith — Restaurant in Sydney

Rude female staff. She was stocking up retail while the other male staff was busy preparing previous orders. I came to her asked politely if she could make my takeaway order now because I need to leave for work. She looks unbothered and responded something like yeah just wait someone will do it. Then right before I was about to ask for a refund because I really need to go she went behind the bar, do my order and just leave the cup there and rushed to the back room without saying anything or even look at me.

Anyways I used to work in hospitality too I know straight up that’s a bad attitude. To clarify the context: I’ve waited a total of 10 mins before I approached the girl I know damn well stocking up retail is not an urgent It looks like the male staff was going take a while until he touch my order

I would give it 0 stars if I could. No i have never stepped foot in this place, and i never will. What's pretty disgusting is that i have a few times messaged them (this was last year nlw), asking that even though i do have my cert three in hospitality, i do habe high functioning autism and adhd. You fully ignored me. Pretty pathetic how you wont gove someone who has a disability a go, even though she does have qualifications. Thsn, this is the 3rd or 4th time since then you have been avertising, looking gir staff, when there's a perfectly good worker sitting at home doing nothing, becaise there's a huge stigma srill about hirimg someone who has a disability!!!!! Instead of looking for the perfect worker, how about giving someone a go, who nine times out of ten are more motivated, dedicated and willingness to work qthan other people. Waited so long for just a drink after the girl at the counter didn't want to help me redeem my birthday churros. I had the app downloaded, my date of birth in there and everything, but she said she can't help me. My friend had ordered churros, dips, and a drink and hers came before my "birthday cake" drink that I ordered and paid for, also didn't come looking like the picture and tasted like flour (confirmed with one of my friends who tried it and spat it out). Then the staff had the audacity to hurry us out after we received our food and drinks and weren't finished yet. I would understand if they were closing soon but they weren't. Left the drink 3/4 full and walked out. Disappointed with the whole experience and so were my group of friends. We'll be going to Messina next time...
