Rise N' Dine — Restaurant in Sydney

Rise N Dine, is located at Gregory Hills shopping village along Village Cct. The cafe is opened between the times of 7:30am to 9pm, offering breakfast/ lunch & dinner. The cafe has plenty of tables both internally and externally but nothing too fancy.

Rise N Dine has opened for a few months and has already received great feedback from the local community. The cafe offers modern Australian cuisine with a mix of Mediterranean flavours. The menu has a lot to offer similar to what you would find from most cafes, Rise N Dine takes a leap and offers more on the plate and more creativity with all their dishes. The standout for me is the size of the plate, generous amount of food, lovely flavours, presented beautifully and great prices. Some of these plates can actually be shared as I found eating Mediterranean breakfast board was too filling for one person.

One of the most important drink at any cafe is the coffee. The latte and flat white wasn’t as good as other cafes within the village shopping centre, it was average (but the affogato was good).

I have yet to try lunch and dinner, it’ll be on my list to try. Overall, a great place to try something different. Rise N Dine offers generous size dishes, nice flavours and variety at...

The menu had me confused with dishes like boscaiola (Italian), Shakshuka (Mediterranean), Butter Chicken (Asian) …. But nothing to worry as food my hubby and I had were both very good (Haloumi Plate and Creamy Chicken Pesto).

The service we had from this lovely young lady is commendable, she was always smiling and attentive.

Though it was very hot outside, it was nice and cold inside. I wish though that the decor was more on the lighter rather than darker shade to help create a cooler ambiance.

We’d love to go back to this place next time we are in the area and be able to participate in their worthwhile initiatives. We weren’t aware you can ‘pay a plate forward’ for someone less fortunate.
