As a regular client who frequents the amazing Castle Hill Rolld. I can comfortably say stay away from Rouse Hill Rold, I ordered food valued at $50 to consume with my family outdoors. Upon arrival at the outdoor location, I noticed my order was missing drinks, included condiments and basic cutlery where I was unable to have my Pho soup. Furthermore, contrary to the Castle Hill store the Pho from Rouse Hill has very little no to ingredients, consists of only noodles. I ordered 2x roast pork & crackling Banh Mi and oh my god. The crackling pieces where the tiniest pieces ever. I got 3 tiny pieces of crackling- we literally had to squint to look for it that is how tiny it was. It was soggy. The roll consisted of just butter, carrot, pork! I dont have high Expectations but when something so simple costs $13 i expect it to be more than just butter, carrot and fatty pork slapped on to some old chewy bread roll. So disappointing. Being starving and super frustrating and I said (ofc not in a calm way)“ I need my food ASAP”. Nothing like “sorry or we apologise.” Instead, she’s telling me that they are human beings and human beings all make mistakes. In the end she was trying to educate me how to respect people and telling me that she’s innocent. I don’t understand how she or the store became innocent.
