Sahara Turkish Emerton — Restaurant in Sydney

EDIT I forgot to add that I had asked to add pineapple and it was missed off the pizza aswell as capsicum and mushrooms which both were meant to be on there. So it seemed it was just some kind of meatlovers pizza which is not what I ordered. . I've been here twice now as the last time I didn't enjoy my meal but decided to give the benefit of the doubt and try once more. I've tried both the pide and the pizza now and didn't enjoy the tastes unfortunately. I feel there seems to be an issue with the way food is cooked or prepared I don't know, but the meat in the pide didn't taste very nice and nor did the pizza I most recently ordered. The sausage meat just had a strange off putting taste.. Reminded me of when you have cheese and bacon rolls and the bacon and cheese is too soggy. The tomato sauce was interesting I guess with some sort of a Turkish recipe, bit of spice to it, but I didn't just like it in comparison with a more standard tomato base used for pizzas. Sorry to have to leave this review as I really hoped to have a better food experience this...

Delivery driver walks into the back while my friend and I were waiting for our food, saw the guy just dip his fingers into our chips and have a feed while we're looking at him and he's chatting with the owner/worker, really put me off my food knowing and seeing someone else put their hands in it.

Ordered the big boss pack, chicken in the burger was cold, paid for cheese none came, asked for extra chicken salt, didn't get any salt at all

Ordered the HSP with extra meat and cheese, no cheese, didn't look like extra meat compared to the other HSP I saw also no salt when we asked for extra

Went up to ask about the cheese and the workers said I didn't order cheese then said I only asked for cheese on one of the orders.. none came with cheese, my mate and I were both sure that we asked for cheese as we always do. Staff brought us over some cheese half way through our meals and I questioned what I'd do with it so they gave me $2 back

Flavour of the actual meat was good 2/5...

We ordered two snackpacks with garlic sauce, came home and tasted them and it was mayo. When we went back the lady was being rude and said she didn’t have garlic sauce which is why she put mayo. My brother has an allergy to egg and is unable to eat mayo and it wasn’t until that was mentioned that she remade the snackpacks.

Just to make matters worse, when remaking our snackpacks, the lady wasn’t paying attention and gave out our old snackpacks to other people. These were the snackpacks that we had put our fingers in as I knew the garlic sauce was mayo.

Ever since this place got new management and new employees it has been a disaster to order from them. The lady working there just yells at you until you mention a food allergy and then she stops talking. Customer service here is pretty much nonexistent.
