Food We came for dinner and restaurant used small plates for lunch special and not for dinner/main to serve the food. We knew this because we did come for lunch special previously once/twice. Nothing same as the photos on the menu and also not same as what posted in social media. Very disappointed!! Small in portion, not quite fresh prawn and also served dishes in cold. Seafood choice is quite terrible. Barely see seafood, not fresh and charged very premium price. Satay chicken is no way called Satay chicken. No Satay sauce with nutty taste. Waitress missed out the 7th dish we ordered (not send to Kitchen). When we followed up, the waitress is quite annoyed and said all the dishes name. After that she realised that not giving us one dish.

Service Waitress is not paying attention to customer and customer needs. Not provide kids cutlery sets until we asked for. The way she communicated is not kind and not polite (very rude). When we asked if 7th dish is coming, she said this is in front of you, that you can see. It is more like educated customer about what is the food we ordered. When she found she made mistake in the order, she didn’t say sorry, just turned to kitchen to check and came back to ask us if we still want or not. The way she talked is not friendly. When we ordered, we asked for recommendations, she doesn’t have patience to introduce, listen or wait for us to make decisions (in such empty restaurant). We ordered 4 dishes and she said she can’t wait for this order and will come back to our table. We were told that it is booked in the waterfront view and until we finished dinner, it was still empty. Quite interesting.

Made a booking days in advance via Quandoo for a Sunday lunch.

Dined as a group of 11 on April 7 for a significant birthday based on the locality and the way the menu read. Everything seemed positive.

Our group arrived a little staggered over 20mins or so. During this time we had to remind the staff numerous times that the table hadn't been set for enough guests. Nobody seemed to be in charge or know what was going on.

Things got worse when the food and drink orders were taken. Some meals came out quickly while the kids meals took forever. Some mains arrived before entree's and to make matters worse some meals hadn't even arrive 90 mins after the first main had been delivered. Overall the food lacked the vibrancy Thai food has become renowned for.

When paying the bill and about to depart the person capable of taking payment mentioned that as it was a birthday they would provide a free drink. Why this was not offered sometime during the sitting I will never know.

The venue may be ok for smaller groups but it is a very noisy place and we found conversation with people up and down the table almost impossible.

I would not dine here again. I'd rather pay double at Kinn at Castle Hill Piazza or even more at Long Chim...

Save your money. Go to The Seed instead. Horrendous experience. You can tell they're inexperienced. I reserved a table a week in advance and they didn't even know where the reserved table was. The waitress literally had to look at each table individually to find out. Had to tell the waitress the order twice because she didn't remember the first time. We ordered a stir fry dish with satay sauce without the chili sauce. The waitress came back three times in the span of 5 minutes to ask about the chili sauce. Somehow if you don't get the chili sauce, that messes with the satay sauce?? The food servings were smaller than usual which typically would be fine but they were bland at best. The most uncomfortable part was they kept swinging by asking to take dishes about 8 separate times in 30 minutes interrupting the flow and made us feel like they just wanted us out. Our reservation was half an hour after they opened, the restaurant was pretty empty, yet overall felt like they wanted to get us out. It was the worst experience. Felt like they didn't know how to create an atmosphere or an experience. Ruined the evening tbh. Never...
