Simple meal and a nice family run sort of restaurant. The restaurant was not very busy on a Friday night. There were two people dining at the time, but it did get busier as time went on. The restaurant staff person (I think he was the owner) was friendly but straight to the point. He seated us quickly, was patient when we decided our order, and quickly took it. There was actually a large variety of items on the menu so it was quite difficult to make a decision!
The wait for the food was minimal. It was tasty and super fresh. There was a good amount of protein and a good ratio of veggies and noodles.

But it feels like their servings and quality of foods is being impacted by Sydney cost of living. Their pho has less beef and meatballs than it used to. Definitely more noodles. If you want an extra broth to cater for the abundance of noodles, then you need to pay almost the cost of a second pho. Their wonton soup was unfortunately a little bland. Ordered the Vietnamese style prawns - they were extremely mushy and soft in texture, like they were frozen and then thawed in water and possibly re frozen and thawed. I asked them to explain why the prawns had that texture thinking it may have been something to do with how it was cooked and the waiter just shrugged and pointed at the kitchen. The sauce tasted nice, but the texture of the prawns made it inedible. I had to ordered another meal. To top off the experience I was charged for the inedible dish....
