Absolutely disgusted on my bubble tea experience. I paid an extra $.80 to have jelly in my tea and as you can see from the pictures there’s probably about 10 pieces. Absolutely disgusted I understand about the cost of living but i charge $.80 and give around 10 pieces of jelly is very disappointing and I have been here before and the new owners have change this absolutely disappointing

This shop is run by a nice young man. Because he was alone, it took a bit long to make the drink but other then that, everything was great. There are many options to choose from and my kiwifruit crush tasted good (wasn't with real fruit, so did taste artificial but it did the job of cooling me down).

I asked for less ice not less jelly. The stinginess of toppings is ridiculous. Ordered 2 drinks and one of them with no ice, still had ice in it. Someone barged in and tried to order in the middle of us ordering, and instead of asking them to wait in line, that order was taken. Unbelievable.

When I go to a new bubble tea place I will always order the most basic drink ever "Pearl Milk Tea" to try it out and see how is it.

But I will like to know why dose it tastes like a milk tea colour water? Is like I pay $5.80 or 6 (sorry forgot the price) for a plastic cup of water when I could pay $2-4 for a bottle of water. I get it shop could have their bad days but I came twice and ordered the same thing but it tastes exactly the same nothing have changed. And is 2 different worker.

The customer service lets just say it could be way better and just stop being rude like I an paying for the drink not...

Very bad service in East village. This is very bad taste milk tea in Sydney.

I went to this shop fews time, never happy with their taste. Which is very different with other share tea. Everytime I try to forget how bad is it. BUT TODAY I CANT FORGET HOW BADDDD.

Drink very watery taste not good taste. TOO MUCH ICE..i didn't ask for extra ice. They are try to CUT THE COST BY PUT MORE ICE. All the drink finish but still full of ice. Half an hour goes still half ice in the glass.

Is it necessary to put surcharge for public holiday ? It’s not 10% but 15% just for bubble tea 😕. Plus, They don’t put anything to inform that surcharge before hand (like printed paper or anything near the cashier). So when I was about to pay, I just realised there was an additional amount of money. When I asked the cashier, what was that for, the cashier then told me that was for public holiday surcharge.
