This coffee store is very strange, the quality of the waiter is sometimes good and sometimes bad, the store sometimes closes very early and sometimes late, which do not match the business hours on Google Maps. We went there on Saturday and we ordered the followings: coconut hot chocolate, skim flat white, caramel slice and peanut butter slice. What we got delivered to our table bit by bit were caramel slice, skim flat white, vanilla slice...and nothing. We didnt order vanilla slice but that was delivered and we had to knock it back. We waited and waited for the hot choc until we gave up. We approached the cashier at the end and said we had not received my drink and was told that it was made and someone had taken it.. uh.. ?!??!.. they agreed to refund the cost of the cuppa and the difference between the vanila slice and peanut butter slice. The cashier that took my order was not interested in being there nor care about the customers. I was there a year ago roughly and the service was good but not the current management. Always closed early. like, hours early. Ive been turned away multiple times because they say they're closing. today I even called to confirm the would be staying open, and they say yes, so I rock up and they say sorry we are closed, no one is here. Look. No one is here because you won't let them in. If you were going to close then you should have told me on the phone 'last order would have been 7.30 anyway'. it was 7.20 - I should have still had time to get a coffee and regardless, you could have told me that on the phone when I called to check you would be open?
