I am not one to share feedback on these platforms, but this is the only way I could find to share my concerns. And as they say - feedback is a gift.
My partner and I visited your Hurstville Station store on Saturday 18 June around 6pm.
I noticed the staff behind the counter being rude with other customers while I was in the queue. It seemed as if she was being forced to do something that she hated. Awful customer service skills.
When it got to our turn, she wouldn’t let us finish our orders and would pretty much scream asking for how we wanted our drinks. I made a couple of questions about the drink I wanted to get and she simply ignored my question and just continued asking for how much ice and what size of the drink. I ended up cancelling my order as I don’t want to spend my hard earned money with business that treats its customers like animals.
I asked for her name before we walked away but she refused to identify herself.

I have been serve with this new guy second time bad service. When i told him i wanted pearl milk tea and lychee jelly but more jelly less pearl he was murmering i could not hear what he was saying. When he was putting the pearl i said it was enough and because i dont want too much pearl so i made a point to tell him its enough because by the look of it he was just about to put more when i dont want more and he was murmuring about they cannot change it. Also i told him i want less sugar and he was like, next time tell me when you order. Hello you didnt even ask me how much sugar i want!!! I will stick to coco last time...
Read moreI used to drive everyday from roselands to Hurstville for this green tea but firstly there mini pearls is very sticky and they put little bit they always say they are running short in them secondly once i went and i forgot my card at home so i only had 7 dollars and my juice costed 7:50 so i told her one secon i will go look in my car if i can find 50 cent and i didnt find i came back told her sorry i dont have and she said sorry its ok and she didnt give me the drink and im a regular customer and the juice was ready scum bags that stingy i cant believe it dont go...
