Shisha Del Mondo — Restaurant in Sydney

We tried shisha del mondo on recommendations from a friend who said the shisha was the best he’d had in a while. We got there and walked over to a table that had menus to check if they were the right place for the shisha. We were told to take a seat, then weren’t acknowledged or served for over 10 minutes. Meanwhile a group of men came in after us had their orders taken and were served their shisha before we were even looked at again. At this point we were ready to walk out, but decided to stay even though we were quite irate, because we were told the shisha was good, which it wasn’t. Eventually, almost 15 minutes after we walked in when the waiter came to serve us, the exchange was not pleasant, and the menus were left in front of us. Our 2 shisha’s and drinks were brought out to us and we weren’t really acknowledged again for the rest of the night until we requested a coal change. Hello all if you're looking for a shisha lounge and good customer service this place is way to go I am telling you the people over there is incredible it's good pricing and the people are amazing great customer service i had by far also I had an medical emergency the staff over there top notch they ran to me actually help me out I couldn't not ask for a better service like this you are wanting good food you want good customerservice this place the people that was working there and the owner was running to me helping me out made me 10 times better than I was. Legendary service! I had a delivery related stuff up on my first order and I included the details in my feedback to Chapel Lane as FYI. They not only reached out and made things right but they remembered me by my name alone the next time I ordered (a couple of weeks later!) and really made me feel valued once again by leaving a personalised note on my order!
