So dissapointing we went there today Jan 28, 2024 and it's our second time at the time of 12pm the two receptionist did not allow us to go in.It's my birthday and me and my family and some of our friends wants to eat lunch there at the same time to celebrate. But apparently two members of our group forgot to bring their ID's and that include my wife.So i was like explaining to them that the first time we went there they just ask one ID just mine only and I told them we are all together and family and they just let us in no more question or so what ever.But this time that two receptionist did not allow us to go in I was asking if there is any option for us to let us in or if there is any consideration because we drove like an hour just to get there hoping to have a nice meal for my family and friends and to celebrate my birthday.But those two receptionist shot me down immediately says no ID's your not allow to go in not even on a polite way. Read moreI've been to this venue many times before and my experiences are average around 3 to 4 out of 5 however recently visited there for dinner with my family on a Friday night. To our dismay the quality had significantly diminished due to changes in service created by the Covid situation. I understand that this is a difficult time and changes are required for the safety of the community but what we experienced was appalling.
Firstly you order your food using a tablet (which I perfectly understand) but theres no option to control the portion sizes and the only option available for every single item is a bowl the size of your palm, barely enough for one person. I know you can just order more cause it's a buffet but the plates stack up quick and you waste unnecessary time.
Secondly, the food quality had significantly diminished. This venue never had Michelin starred dishes but that's okay cause that's not what we are paying for but there is ABSOLUTELY no flavour in any of the food except one or two items and they all arrive cold (I'm presuming after sitting for a while).
While we understand the changes the food we received is not at all worth the money we paid. Your one saving grace is the staff who were very courteous however they did forget a few items.
To both new and old customers, buyer beware. These changes arent mentioned on the website or at the front desk so call in and make sure that things are back to normal (if they will ever be) if you're planning on visiting. The star buffet you once...

I had high hopes for this buffet restaurant, but my experience was a complete letdown from start to finish.
The Food Quality Was Subpar
The majority of dishes were incredibly bland and lacked any real flavor or seasoning. I was particularly disappointed by the seafood selection, which was limited to just prawns that looked questionable at best—they appeared past their prime and I didn't dare try them. The sushi was equally disappointing, completely flavorless. Even the coffee tasted stale.
Limited Selection and Empty Stations
To make matters worse, numerous dishes sat empty throughout my visit with no indication they would be refilled. The garlic bread, which should be a simple crowd-pleaser, tasted like plain buttered toast with no garlic flavor whatsoever. For a buffet that promises variety, the actual selection was severely lacking.
Poor Customer Service
When I attempted to share my concerns with the staff about my experience, they were completely dismissive and showed no interest in addressing the issues or making things right. Their indifferent attitude only added insult to injury.
