Tried to order off the menu, couldn’t make anything on the menu. I stood in front of her scanning the dessert menu and she didn’t stop me, waited until after I tried to order for her to tell me she couldn’t make anything. We tried to order a milkshake, and she told us they’re out of the stuff to make a milkshake. Huh? What about all the gelato right in front of me?

When I got the golden gaytime ice cream, it didn’t taste like golden gaytime and was given the single 2 worst ice cream scoops of my life by far. They were small enough to be a single scoop. I also asked for a waffle cone, she then tried to put my gelato in a cup, I said “sorry I would like a waffle cone” she said “we have none”. Clearly they did, so I clarified “I’ll just get a cone then” and she finally gave me a waffle cone. Huh? Does she know what a waffle cone is?

And to top it all off, the flies. So many flies that I can say with confidence the most flies I’ve seen in a store. Never seen flies in a waffle/gelato spot ever.

How can you be a new franchise in the area and not be able to make...

We went to C9 tonight and it was delicious! They had so many different flavours and options to choose from as well as GF options, which normally are limited at other places. The owner and their staff were so friendly and they allowed us to try different ice creams and gelatos before buying. They were then so generous to bring us a free Croffle (croissant waffle) to try and it was so delicious. I’m so stoked to have another dessert place to choose from as it feels like there isn’t many in Penrith. This will for sure be our new go to spot,...
