I love this place and I go here all the time with my friends. The staff have always been very cheerful and nice to us! However I went here this afternoon and things seemed to be quite different. There were 2 workers behind the counter, one being a younger girl who looked to be quite new - she was on drinks by herself. As we were lining up, the woman on the register interrupted customers multiple times to yell at this poor girl. She looked very overwhelmed as I assume the menu would be a lot to remember. The way the older woman spoke to this younger girl was harsh and should not be tolerated, especially taking into account that this occurred in-front of a crowd of customers. As someone who has worked in hospitality for years, I understand that being short staffed and training someone new while there is a line of costumers can be stressful however this is absolutely not the way to handle it. Putting down the other person while training them is only going to ruin their confidence. I hope to not see this kind of treatment towards young workers again and I hope this feedback...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHave been buying coffe from this place for two years every day, a staff recently hired at cashier is so unprofessional, took my orders wrong FOUR times in a row, mistakes including wrong names every time ( my English name is not hard to spell at all!!), put down hot Americano when I ordered iced one, put down ham&cheese croissant when I ordered almond one, put label of my order on others cup, add milk to my ice americano and charged me extra even I ordered online trying to reduce the confusion she still made my order working ( I ordered ice coffee online but she made me hot one) etc. i seriously get frustrated!!!! I highly doubt her professionalism and did u guys offer proper training????? She def needs more training. Such unpleasant experiences happening for FIVE times in a row I seriously canāt stand it. But other staff members are nice and professional tho, just this female staff who seems new to me. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe staff is so rude; she is a severe racist. Today, around dinner timeļ¼6pm Luly 8 2024ļ¼, I went to the store to pick up my venti iced latte. I had a bit of a sore throat, so I asked an Asian female staff member for some ice cubes.
She rolled her eyes and didn't say a word. She ignore me directly. At this time, a white man came in, and she became polite and responded positively. Help this Gentleman order. After that give me some ice without any a word. Now I am wo regretted I smiled to her and say thank you. This different and racist response behavior is unacceptable. I understand that some staff may be tired or deal with rude customers, so l never complain about a lack of a smile or negative feedback. However, this different attitude and racism are so rude and disrespectful. I really hope I never encounter such a bad response again. I am sure l was polite and patient at that time, but...
