The food was excellent. Service not so good. There was a girl with brown hair in a low bun quite tall around 5â6 maybe that had come over to complete my order. There was another girl who was a lot shorter than her with blonde hair that seemed like she had only just started working there next to her. As the girl with brown hair was finishing making my food, the blonde girl was cleaning next to her and the brown hair girl turned to her with the biggest attitude and said âdonât bump meâ. I then made eye contact with the blonde girl and she looked pissed off and like she didnât want to be there because of this girl. Then as I was finalising my purchase, the blonde hair girl was trying to say something to the brown hair girl. The brown hair girl then turned around and said to her (again with attitude) âwhat? sorry I canât hear youâ. Iâm sorry but this behaviour is absolutely disgusting and I hope she isnât doing this to other staff aswell. As a customer I feel second hand embarrassment.    Read moreWent in last Saturday 25th around 1140am to grab a bite with my husband & son after some shopping, the 3 female staff that were on were very rude, unwelcoming & unfriendly.
The one that served me needs to be retrained on customer service to be approached by the staff member with âwhat do you wantâ rolling her eyes and scoffing is unacceptable, then she expected me to pay while I hadnât even finished ordering.
One of the other girls was sweeping the floor with gloves on then served the older ladies behind me not changing her gloves, pretty sure thatâs a health and safety violation, the third girl completely ignoring everyone making herself an order didnât even lift her head once or smile.

As far as I'm concerned, Each Subway does things differently to other Subways in which I will call best suited to their operations and to community responses. Some Subways are filled with trained staff, and some are not experienced enough to deliver exceptional service we often expect
What I can suggest however is talk to your local staff, or any staff anybody and ask for specifics like how is the products aquisitioned? how frequent are products refreshed? what are the actual opening hours of restaurants? are they fresh or old breads?
