The Natural Choice Cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

Wow!! Finally found a place where EVERYTHING in the window is gluten-free sugar free or Vegan!! We don't have to pick from a few meagre afterthought left overs!! Add to that the lovely smiling friendly service - nothing was too difficult - even for very late in the afternoon near closing time. Usually when you order a large coffee to eat in you get a slightly bigger mug but here you get a MASSIVE bowl when you eat in!! Coffee is great too but couldn't resist having my usual two sugars! We had the meatballs and the cold salmon salad which were great and healthy. Hot chocolate needed an extra Spoonful but guess what didn't come with sugar!! I highly recommend this lovely Cafe for a balanced healthy meal that's good for you. When reading these reviews (and writing them) you must keep in mind that people have good days and bad days and busy days and quiet days they're only people just like you and me and a place is only as good as their staff and their attitude can all be driven by customers attitudes as well as...

I found this place mainly because my friend has food requirements. It was a hot day, and since they had no a/c we choose to sit outside. The cafe is quite nice. The service was friendly, and gave us menus and water on arrival. Our iced lattes came out fast. My friend had the Vegan Burger and I had the Classic Cheeseburger. I must say, I should have chosen something vegetarian or vegan. My friend’s looked awesome, very colourful and I had a taste of the vegan burger and it was very tasty. I have this thing against grilled onions and I should have omitted them. They gave me like three pieces of cheese all stuck together. But of an over kill. I liked it, but I wasn’t really fussed. I was really excited to go to this place and try it out with my best friend. The place had a nice atmosphere and the coffee was great that's the two stars. But sadly our food wasn't the best my friend had the zucchini fritters tasted more like scrambled eggs. I ordered the pork belly crackling that was described as a nice warm meal. Sad to say this wasn't the warm meal I was looking for. I was given the salad with nothing but crackling skin and after asking where the pork belly was? I was told they had run out. (This would have been nice to know before hand.) And was given a cold chicken option that was horrible. I probably would have had a better experience if I had the choice to pick something else.

I would really like to give this place another go but won't be anytime...
