Response to owner: Gloves were not changed and I wouldn’t write a bad review and make things up.
Learn how to respond to reviews even if they’re bad reviews. Train your staff and yourself on customer service because that’s how you will get returning customers. Look at how you respond to every review and it’s all about the the service and cross contamination.
Tuesday, 25th September at 1:45pm - There were 2 ladies on shift, the older lady served me (just so you don’t ask who served me) She was on her mobile phone laughing then served me after 1-2 minutes without asking me to wait. I asked for an 6inch, she took out a foot long so I had to repeat myself that it was a 6inch.
When she was waiting for my order to be toasted, she touched the ordering screen on the bench and did not change her gloves which is disgusting, this is how people get sick and allergic reactions. When taking my payment, she asked for $11.49 and when I handed her the money she turned around and did something else then turned back around and asked me for the money again. Did not say thank you just took the money and turned away.

She is pretty okay in taking orders but she charged me 25 bucks for one subway which is ridiculous and then she gives me an explanation just because I chose two different meats I have to pay for 2 halfs not for one whereas it should be paid for, full but pay the higher price of the meat. Every other subway does that way I don’t understand why these owners have to be so greedy. We all are facing higher living cost. Everything is so expensive and then these people come out with a hack where they can charge me literally so much more money whereas it should be only $18.95 as per the deal price she charged me $26. I literally hope his shop closes down. These people don’t deserve to be in business stupid...
Read moreLots of cross contamination, you ask for vegetarian and during the bun being toasted (which was stale and old) the staff are touching meat containers and not changing the gloves in between so they are just touching everything with the same gloves. also asked for a clean knife was not given one. Overall bread was stale didn’t find the place or the service to be clean and staff need to work on their customer service skills and health and safety training
