Subway — Restaurant in Sydney

I am not sure how to describe this situation ,Very Pathetic ,Rude ,Unprofessional from those two Staff Members .Both are girls in Indian appearance wearing One girl With a Black T-Shirt and another one with Typical Green T-shirt.I walked in around 14:40 Wednesday 19/02/2025 and Waiting for my order to be placed .Both the staff members saw me But No acknowledging or at least said Hi To me as I was keenly waiting for someone says “ Won’t be long”.One of them were placing bread in the cabinet and the other was standing there and watching the other girl ,Such insane staff and environment .I am visiting this place from like last 7 years and looks like they renovated recently but not going to return back .Instood there for about 3-4 minutes waiting if someone says at least hi to me then I walked out without help .Even at least I am walking out they didn’t even called me if they can serve ,I don’t know if this store is opened or just open the doors and watching people .MR Raj the owner should train them properly and urge please see the cameras and you will come to know the reality .I am wearing shorts and Blue Polo Tshirt .I have to go All the way to parramatta to buy 3 Footlongs leaving my own...

on 26th Nov Sunday around 8:10 pm. I went to subway Wentworthville which was my fav store.. I order footlong, the male employee asked me which bread then I order malted rye which was ran out and he asked for another option which the store doesn't hve it and said we r still backing takes 45 mins. so only 1 bread left so I order it. and he made subway without asking me any kind of sauce so I said u didn't asked me for sauce so he was tell me tht u should asked me which sauce I want... I was shocked 😲.. the way he asked and the attitude omg... and after tht he was complaining to her colleague about the asking sauce in front of me... such a worst customer service I face it... they want to closed shop asap and I went there around 8:10 and closing time was 9 pm . and he was telling all other customers tht we still baking breads and takes 40 mins.. I know he was lying... never...

I use to work before at same subway so looking after how good I was trained, even after staying in Parramatta I ordered from Wentworthville's subway. However, they just disappointed me when I order today (Sunday) just toastie and cookie around 3:00pm. They gave me a bad toastie which hardly had any garlic aioli on it with a very hard and bad bread (seems to be not fresh at all)that I wasn't even able to eat. I love cookies baked at this store unfortunately today I just ordered a single cookie and was not fresh at all and too soft seems to be not baked properly. (I can say this with 100% gaurantee as I know how fresh cookies are when I used to work in same store before). I will never order from here☹️. Apart from food quality they didn't even added any napkins. Really needs to...
