Eating here made me feel extremely satisfied. They male and serve genuinely delicious food with genuine care. The guy who serves customers was very personable, friendly, and helpful with the menu. He has the best tattoos on his arms. They make receiving the amazing food here an even cooler experience. Never change! On the service, again, the server made sure to give us a table near the exit so we could park our pram and easily wander out into the plaza with our baby if she was fussy. Very considerate. The menu is a bit overwhelming at first, but all choices seem to be good choices, so that takes the pressure off a bit. If you really can't choose, try asking the guy at the counter about dishes that suit your preferences (e.g., pork, noodles, spicy). It's a busy place though, so that option should best be kept for times of need. A tip for ordering, if you are a newbie like us, is that the sizzling plates/hot pot dishes go well with rice. They are more expensive, but if you put them with rice, you have enough for a a couple of meals. We had a "combination" sizzling plate, which I have attached a picture of. It is literally a combination of meat and seafood with veggies and delicious sizzling sauce. They are great at suaces and flavours here. Oh my gosh!! Mindblowingly yum! We also has Mongolian style beef and fried hokkien noodles (delicious and a very large serving) and deep fried chicken wontons (I think). The wontons come with sweet chilli sauce. Very yummy. This was enough food for two hungry people. In terms of veggie stuff, there is mainly the eggplant sizzling place and the salt and pepper eggplant. I asked about kai lan or some sort of veggie side and there didn't seem to be much. Still, the sauces and cooking is great for veggie cooking.

Sun's Noodle is a hidden gem that deserves more recognition for the outstanding quality of its cuisine. Though its modest appearance and unassuming ambiance might lead some to underestimate its culinary prowess, the focus is entirely on the food. This restaurant delivers a truly exceptional dining experience that rivals the very best of authentic Hong Kong Street Restaurant cuisine. The moment I took my first bite of the savory and perfectly cooked dishes, I was hooked. From the succulent garlic pork to the perfectly stir-fried vegetables in pig oil, every dish I tried at Sun's Noodle was a revelation. Each dish was expertly prepared, resulting in a mouth-watering explosion of flavors and textures that left me wanting more. A true masterpiece. I found myself savoring every bite, wanting to make the meal last as long as possible. I can confidently say that Sun's Noodle is one of the best restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of dining at. Its understated atmosphere belies the quality of its cuisine, which is nothing short of exceptional. Sun’s Noodle is sure to delight even the most discerning of palates.

Hidden little gem in the Mall strip. Don’t be deterred by the cheap and cheerful downmarket vibe, the food here is top notch. Great Cantonese dishes and general chinese favourites cooked with passion by a skilled chef before your very eyes. This place is clean with friendly helpful service. It’s a hit with the local Asian community with a high turnover so everything is fresh and delicious. Prices are reasonable, quality is high representing good value. I live local and have walked past Sins for a year before eating in. What a surprise. We had the sizzling Tofu combo hotpot and it was wonderful. Not overbearing and generous with ingredients. The Peking pork chop was subtle and the pork fell off the bone. Special Fried rice was great. I look forward to more adventurous regional choices next time. Serving was generous and 3 dishes with 2 cans of drink came in at $46. We were 2 it could have fed 3. Definitely recommend this place.

We bought takeaway from this restaurant last week and found it is very delicious. We came back again today to dine in. When we got there, there were few people outside the shop. I went to tell the cashier lady that I wanted a table for two. She told me wait outside where the signs asking people to line up there. There were two pairs of couple waiting ahead of me. Shortly, they both sat down. At this point, we were the next to be seated. After waiting for another 15 mins, customers left and we stood closer to the door to show her that we were next in the queue. She cleaned the table and asked a guy who came after us and who has been standing at the takeaway line to be seated. I told her that I came early than the guy did, she played dumb and just apologised, did not offer any solutions. I also observed the guy who was waiting for the table has been impatiently asking when the table became available. So does it mean that they favour angry or impatient customer instead of those who follow their instruction? At that time, I have already waited for 45 mins and it was getting close to 8pm. So I decided to leave. To be clear, when I bought takeaway last week, the customer service was not as bad as this time. If they don’t capacity to remember who is next customer, they can either handout tickets or mark down...
