T8STE DEEZ Castle Hill — Restaurant in Sydney

The food is great, the beef is real and grass fed, the patties are excellent with no grissle nastiness, the chips are marvellous too but the stand out is that chicken burger, wow what a burger, that was gold. I found the chips had a sweet seasoning on them which didn't need to be there, just salt would've been fine. The wait is longer than usual for burger and the price is higher but both of those are completely justified based on what you're getting.

Edit: Thanks to the owner for their response, I wasn't complaining about the time it took - I appreciate that it's cooked fresh and it's cooked beautifully however, 32 minutes for a burger order is a bit much, I love what you do but I think this will be a sore point for...

Had a decent burger here, the salt was perfectly balanced and the strong beefy flavour from the patty was punchy and aromantic.

The chips were just ok, bogstandard chips cooked in tallow but honestly couldn't tell much of a difference flavour wise from ordinary chips from other burger places.

However, it is quite pricey, the single patty Dezz Beef ($15) with a combo including chips + drink ($8) ended up costing about $23.

The beef burger was small at a single patty although the chips had a fair amount in the box.

WOW is all I can say. I’m very picky with my takeaway food these days as I don’t consume seed oils. When I found out these guys use Ghee/Tallow I was pleasantly surprised. I got Beef burger with chips. Wow I can taste the difference you can tell the beef is grass fed and not fake tasting and their chips cooked in the healthy fat tastes so good. Amazing! 10/10 I will make this my takeaway joint from now. Keep doing the amazing work you’re doing not many places have grass fed beef or cook with healthy oils!! I will tell all my family...
