What makes a good coffee expérience ☕?

The warm friendly relaxing feeling you receive from the people giving you that coffee.

This is what I experienced today at Cosmo Coffee in Castle Hill ♥

The moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile ☺ and amazing customer service. Next came my triple shot expresso 😏😮😚. ☕ ☕ ☕ #thiscoffeeisamazing!!

While I sat in the very peaceful and relaxing café I began to smell coffee... Who would have thought!! 🤣.... But it was actually coffee that was being roasted next to me in the shop!!

I went to have a chat with the person roasting the coffee beans whom is an owner! What a great man.

We had a chat and he explained to me the process that is used to roast the beans they serve in the cafe whilst we watched that process happening before our eyes 👀 😋♥️☕

All in all this cafe 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for great tasting coffee, super friendly staff and relaxing atmosphère ♥ ☺ 💋

Did not have a good experience at this cafe at all. Firstly an uneducated and extremely rude server came over to tell my client that they could not have their “pet” in the cafe, if they had actually looked at the jacket the dog was wearing or even asked the question they would have known that it was an assistance dog and you legally can not refuse entry to an assistance dog. The server had to have this explained to him 3 times by both me and my client and then gave a measly “I didn’t know” as an excuse for this rude behaviour. We were embarrassed in front of other customers because of the way this unprofessional person acted. We then asked another server to wipe down our table as it was filthy with liquid, salt, and bits of food. She wiped about 1/3 of the table and left the rest completely filthy. It became clear that this cafe does not care about its customers and we did not want to spend any money here. Goes without saying that we will NOT...

Got the big breakfast, the bacon was too dry. Most things on the breakfast plate was. Lacked flavour which was a bit disappointing. Got the chilli prawn pasta, the base was super sweet like the chef was a bit too generous on the sugar. They had no malt for a milkshake??? What kind of cafe does that? The place isn't awfully cheap, the utensils etc could be cleaned more frequently. Some staff just try to look busy when it's not. Be mindful this place is very noisy.

This is the second time I've come here; on a weekday this time, and I told the girl to make sure the spinach was cooked and she was adamant that's what they do. So when the breakfast arrived the spinach was half cooked. She took it into the kitchen and discussed with the chefs and came to a conclusion it's ok to cook another batch.

I gave this place two chances, food is still oily af and I definitely won't recommend this...
