i came today with my mum at 4pm, you guys advertise closing at 5.30pm, we were given our coffee in takeaway cups, we ate in, we ordered banana bread which came in a paper bag and no knife and fork, we took it back to the lady serving us and asked to have a plate to eat it and a knife and fork, she was very rude but her manager told her do as we asked, once her manager left the store she approached us at the table and said that we cant always come in ask to have our orders served in their dine in cups and expect glass plates and cutlery when they are closing soon, she insisted that it was unfair to her and that she wanted to get home after she finished work at a reasonable time and we would be jeopardising that, she was completely unprofessional, we come into the cafe 2-3 times a week, this isn't the first time she is rude to us when she is working there, all other staff are great and very accommodating but not her, because of this we will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone. apologies to the remainder of our team however, they are very helpful and accommodating all the time,...

Now she does not smile, seems so rushed and looks like she’s just woken up and can not be bothered. Never going back again and will definitely not recommend it to any of my social friends. Not to mention, what happened to food service etiquette? The female chef or barista had her oily hair flying in her face and not tied up properly while making customers food/drink. It was a a sight that turned me off while I waited that very very long period to find out my order wasn’t even sent to...

Respect your staff. Lead with integrity. Improve your culture.
Because a business that doesn’t value its people is a business that...
