Breadtop Roselands — Restaurant in Sydney

I am a regular buyer, whenever I go shopping I buy something for my family. But one thing came in my knowledge when I was inside the store sitting and having my food, I noticed one of the girl in the customer service was cutting her nails standing behind the register. This is a serious workplace hygiene issue. Personal hygiene is very important but not where you serving and making the food. Specially in a verified shops like yours. Not happy. I had asked if they sold the custard puff separately. The workers spoke in their language and said yes. I said I don't know if I will like it so I want to buy and try. They sell to me and walk out to find a spot to eat it. It was frozen! Rock solid. I hurt my front teeth. I went back to hope they would offer me one that I can eat now they said wait 20min and it will be soft. It's not appropriate response, I though this bakery make fresh items not frozen. I can buy for cheaper pre frozen baked goods...

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this bread shop in Roselands. I found a bug on the leaves inside my bread, as clearly shown in the photos. This is unacceptable, especially from a place I’ve trusted before.

This is the first time something like this has happened to me here, and I’m not one to make complaints lightly or lie about things like this. I expected better hygiene and quality control. Please take this seriously and do something about it—no one should have to experience this...
